This morning, I looked up a billing statement online. My entire transaction history with the company was viewable. Every debit, every credit, and the current balance owed were there. The law would keep such a tally of my life. Every sin is another tick-mark on the chalk board. I cannot imagine how many boards I would have filled by now. The record would be damning if it were viewable.
My accountant is Jesus Christ, and he uses an eraser instead of chalk. The slate is clean.
